September 21, 2017 - at Mother Kelly's (Bethnal Green) - keg draught. Very pale hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is simple - lime and some lemongrass, no alcohol or bitterness - a very delicate and non-salty gose, not all that acidic either. Taste follows, but hoo boy, there's the saltiness - light body and sourness - the salt and lemongrass overrides the lime, even. Light, almost watery still mouthfeel - finishes quick with no aftertaste - a little salt water stickiness in the finish; subtle and if it hadn't been a cold rainy day, I might have gone 3.9 on this one.
