NosirIwont (2689) - Husum, DENMARK - MAR 7, 2018
Bottle. 4.5%. Best before 01.04.18. Pours a hazy straw yellow, with a diminishing white head. No lacing. Peculiar aroma; fruity, somewhat doughy, with a light tart overtone. Berries as it warms. Flavour is sweetish, with fruit, berries, and flour/dough. Milky/yogurt hint as it warms. Light lemony sour finish, a bit dry, with a somewhat harsh bitter note. Light salt note as well. Overall peculiar; don't really know what to make of it. Not bad though. 03.03.18.

faroeviking (11478) - Nadando en el mar de las chellas, FAROE ISLANDS - MAR 3, 2018
Botella. Unclear golden, small white head. Lemon like herbal mild aroma. Salty lemon like sour flavour, mild like, soft. Salty tart like finish.

SVD (2275) - NETHERLANDS - JAN 4, 2018
Straw yellow beer, small head. Aroma is tart, wheat. Taste is the same, sour, some salinty, not bad.

MPA (1041) - Amager (form. Nørrebro&Aalborg), DENMARK - DEC 2, 2017
Bottle. Aroma of sweat, grain, yeast and a hint of lime. Flavour is slightly tart with lime notes, grain and salt ending in a rather peculiar finish. Experimental more than anything without being bad as such.

77ships (11737) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - NOV 8, 2017
[Copenhagen 2017] 330 ml. bottle @ Nørrebro Bryghus. BBF 01.04.2018. Golden, head is instantly gone. Nose is vomit lacto profile, lots of salt, salty lemonade, puckering, salty energy drink. Taste is energy drink, salty, vomit, lemonade lacto profile. Lacking carbonation. Okay-ish, it is not that great but it is a lot more daring than their other beers.

DraftDodger (1891) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 14, 2017
Copenhagen 14/10 2017. 33 cl bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus. Little Chubby bottle with well designed label saying "Salt" and "Sour" in white and yellow. Pours slightly dirty golden yellow with small white head. Disappears more or less in half a minute. Aroma is weak. Rather sweet with tart notes. Not much else. Light carbonation and watery palate. The Flavor actually is in accordance with the name. It is sour and salt. Light sweetness followed by medium sourness. Aftertaste is sour and salt. Quite special and not my cup of beer to be honest. But they do get points for trying something new (or very old).

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2017 Sample at Copenhagen Beer & Whiskey Festival 2017. A hazy golden coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of citrus, lime, malt, acidic, salt and with a sour finish.

brnandersen (4511) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 16, 2017
Draught sample at CBWF 2017. Hazy pale golden colour with a thin white head. Tart, fruity aroma with lemons, salty notes, pale malts and a lactic note. Taste is light sour. Light to medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes tart fruity with salty fruity notes.

AndreasP (345) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 13, 2017
The balance between the sour and the salty is in favour of the sour. It is rather subdued and results in a pleasant and in fact easy drinking beer. Rather good.
