COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made using a secret blend of Lactobacilli, this beer is then fermented with 400kg of pineapple puree, providing a real tropical punch to complement the effervescent, sharp base beer. This is a hugely enjoyable fruity sour!

September 23, 2017 - at Earl of Essex - keg draught. Oily-looking pale gold with ZERO head. Stunning funky aroma - hazelnut, lanolin, lemon, pineapple, grapefruit zest, burnt rubber and virtually no alcohol presence. Taste follows, more overripe pineapple, less nutmeat (but it's there), more alcohol and a fair bit of citrus character; lush and not sweet at all - just sour fruit, a bit woody. Astringent, acidic, modest carbonation, quick sticky tingly funky finish. After that amazing aroma, it's a bit of a let-down. Still decent.

Tap at Beer Hunters. Slightly hazy yellow colour, small white head. Fruity, sour lacto aroma. Light-bodied. Quite sour, some pineapple fruityness. A bit soapy. Sweet fruityness in the aftertaste.

Key Keg at The Paper Duck, Harborne, Birmingham, West Midlands. Birmingham Beer Day Walk, Saturday 9th December 2017. Pours clear as a bell with a slim white head. The aroma is wet socks, cheesy and Loz gets porridge. Very tart and tangy but <aroma weird. Pineapple tastes really good but lovely tart sour edge. Like this. A5 A5 T8 P4 Ov14 3.6

Clear pale blond colour with thin lacy head. Aroma has the fruity funk of a Berliner Weisse. Flavour is similarly fruity and tart. Rather light bodied. The pineapple makes it interesting.
