UPDATED: APR 1, 2023 Bardzo lekkie, praktycznie bez gazu. W zapachu delikatnie kakao, w smaku dominuje również kakao w typie mocno gorzkiej czekolady, nic więcej się tu nie dzieje. Stout taki, jaki być powinien.

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2023 Getrunken als „Guinness Extra Stout“ mit 4,1 % Alk. Sehr malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich ebenso. Röstig, trockene Noten. Die reichlich vorhandene Kohlensäure verstärkt den trockenen Eindruck, verschleiert aber die röstig/malzigen Noten etwas und die Tatsache, dass das Bier insgesamt recht leer ist. Trotzdem ganz gut trinkbar, aber auch ganz klar nix wo ich vor Verzückung niederbreche.

Black and smooth on the palate with a dry and slightly bitter roast finish. 6. 500ml Bottle at Home 17/03/2021 Roast aroma. Medium carbonation. Large beige head. Dark brown coloured and smooth on the palate with a hint of dryness in a lasting roast malt finish. 7. 440ml Can at Weaver Square, Northwich 23/07/2022 Roast aroma. Small creamy head. Roast aroma. Black and smooth on the palate with roasted malt flavours. A hint of dryness in a slightly bitter lasting roast finish.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2022 Roasted malt and toffee, some burnt bread, black coffee, slight sourness. Slight metallic hop finish, with more burnt bread. Thin mouthfeel, but slightly creamy. The cans have medium carbonation, bottle is highly carbonated.

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2022 Classic stuff, balanced, smooth yet dry. Lots of roasted malty flavours, a hint of fruit and spice, dry finish.

UPDATED: JUL 19, 2022 Near black with a frothy / creamy tan head and an aroma of lightly roasted malt. Smooth and semi-creamy, it's smooth and satisfying without offering much beyond roasted malt and a hint of nuttiness

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2021 Very dark beer with a beige foamy head. Smell of roasted malt and dark chocolate. Taste is dark chocolate, roasted malt, coffee and a nice bitterness and oily palate despite relative low alcohol percentage - very light stout and only hints of licorice. Tasted on holiday in Hamburg - bought at Rewe.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2021 Bottle from Tesco. Pours black with a large thick creamy beige head. Aromas of roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Taste has more roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Roasty bitterness on the finish. Medium body and very smooth oily mouthfeel. Decent for a mass produced Stout.

UPDATED: JUL 13, 2021 Deep black colour , off white slightly brownish head. Coffee, toffee and roasted malt in the nose. Light to Medium body, medium to high carbonization. Flavours of dark malts and raisin. A tad watery with a slightly burned , roasted finish.
