Draft at CBFZ 2017. Hazy pale yellow, white head. Aroma is mildly fruity. Taste is fruit, funk, yeast. Quite drinkable. SinH4 (7034) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - NOV 7, 2017
Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma is earthy, citrusy, hay, fresh yeasts, funky, beautiful. Taste is light biscuity, earthy, lemongrass, simplistic, with a dry finish. Thin-bodied and simple, but I wouldn't call it watery. There is a long pleasant aftertaste of earthy lemongrass. Still lacks a bit of flavour, at least for the cold autumn night on which I'm having this. A super balanced brew with beautiful aroma, though. And don't forget this is only 2.9% - I can hardly imagine a better beer at this strength that gets by without fruit, sourness, or overuse of hops. Bov (13553) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - OCT 6, 2017
@CBFZ - hazy dark golden beer with a white foam left; funky fruity aroma where notes of pineapples dominate; hints of spices and hay; thin-bodied, light earthy, quite dry fruity finish with hints of marzipan anstei (2848) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - SEP 17, 2017
