COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We welcomed our former Head Brewer Ryan back to the brewery for this collaboration with his own brand - Casita Cerveceria. The idea behind Double Iced Latte was to create something with the creaminess of a latte in combination with the vibrancy of an IPA. The coffee used here is a Kenya Thunguri, sweet roasted for a beautifully rich and full flavour, supplied by our local roaster Tamp Culture.

Rami Rami is drinking a Double Iced Latte by Siren Craft Brew at Konstruktorska Business Center

Duzo laktozy, sporo kawy (zbozowej) i slodowosci, malo bardzo chmielowych rzeczy. Slodkie. Z ta kawa i laktoza ciekawe. Calosciowo ryli niezle
Rami Rami: w sumie to tej kawy nie tak sporo znowu... w aromacie i posmakach tak, ale w smaku prawie jej nie ma, smisznie sie to zdywersyfikowalo

330ml bottle. Hazy golden amber appearance with a small dissipating head. Aroma of tropical fruits and creamy coffee. Taste is sweet tropical fruits, mango, grapefruit, with roasted/coffee notes, lactic, moderate bitterness. Medium body, smooth creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Didn't feel this worked well at first but it really grew on me as it warmed and the more I drank of it. Lovely.

Keg at the West End Brewery, Leicester. Golden brown and clear with some uneven white head. Butterscotch, toast, cold brew coffee, some malted grain. Sweet taste with milky coffee notes, but the juicy hop balance in the finish makes it something a bit more special. Some golden syrup and brown sugar in the aftertaste, along with a touch of pine. Medium carbonation. Works for me.
