Bov (14990) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JAN 17, 2019UPDATED: JAN 17, 2019 @Au Trappiste - amber-brown beer with a beige foam left; aroma of amaretto, figs and marzipan; moderate malt backbone, subtle carbonation; aftertaste of cola, cherry and dates
Garrold (7137) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 29, 2018Bottle. Fridge lurker. No idea where from. Cola brown. Barely a head. Nose has flat cola. Fig roll biscuit. Watery whisky. Taste has an oxidised sweetness. A little dry too. Dull mouthfeel. Pretty flabby. Barely carbonated. Some sweetness to finish. Not great, but that’s probably down to me not opening it way sooner.
PhilosophyGuy (1162) - Łódź, POLAND - SEP 28, 2018Figa, trochę piernik. W smaku podobnie. Kwaśność niska. Jest w miarę ok, ale bez szału.

chrisko82 (1270) - Warszawa, POLAND - JUL 12, 2018Piwo brunatne, nieklarowne. Rachityczna piana szybko znika. W aromacie pieczywo, przyprawy, figi, kokosa brak. W smaku kawaśno i słodowo, karmelowo i owocowo. Wysycenie niskie. Pełnia średnia do niskiej.
lello4ever (1663) - ITALY - JUL 3, 2018Una sour molto leggera, con note dolciastre, si avvertono i fichi e sentori quasi di terra.
mcberko (25667) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 13, 2018On tap at Mel’s Craft Beer & Diner, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out notes of sweet cherry, figs, and toasted coconut. Flavour brings out tart figs upfront, with some light coconut and a bit of cinnamon-like spices. Nice use of the figs, which impart some other interesting characters. Fun beer.
jjsint (4408) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 4, 2018UPDATED: JUN 4, 2018 Bottle taken out from BrewDog, Leicester. Dark chocolate brown with slight purplish colour. No visible carbonation and only the thinnest ring of white head. Oaky aroma with fig and prune with a good measure of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, maybe some molasses as well. Tart note with some fig juice sweetness and some savoury herbal flavours. Complex and warming in the finish. Body is reasonably thin, and it could do with just a touch more carbonation. Unusual and delicious.
