Clear amber beer, creamy smooth off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely funky, very soft gentle brett notes, little fruity. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic, pretty bitter, some tannins, astringent, very dry. Aftertaste: dry, soft acidity, fruity touch. Lovely faro! Best faro ever. Well, that's what you get if you let all the candi sugary ferment out, I suppose. :-) Maybe not the authentic recipe, don't care, great beer!

Draft at Flink Gegist Festival, Delft ‘18. Very hazy orange brown with a small off white head. Aroma of light funk, citrus and damp cellar. Flavour is moderate sweet and light sour. Light medium bodied with a nice spritzy carbonation.
Tap at FGF2018. Dark golden with no head. Sour grain, grapes, caramelly pear skin. Moderate sweet and strong sour. Medium body and soft carbonation. Lovely how this faro isn’t a sugar bomb. Very fruity and more sour than sweet.
