UPDATED: DEC 11, 2018 Pours a cloudy, deep golden coloration with a large, creamy head. Smells of doughy, bready malt and estery yeast notes of banana and clove. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of doughy, bready malt and estery yeast notes of banana and clove, with the banana standing out particularly. Finishes with a very light bitterness and some banana notes lingering in the aftertaste. Creamy mouthfeel with a medium body and medium/lively carbonation. A lovely, mellow Weizenbock with a fantastic, creamy mouthfeel and a very nicely balanced flavor profile of malt and yeast notes.

Adequate. Not as great as Vitus. A bit one dimensional. Did a 4-bock taste off and this was 2nd. Not too complex, but drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with a massive white head that dissipates to a thin layer. Aromas of banan, clove and grass. Flavours are grassy malt, fruity esters, spice and peppery hope. Rich mouth feel. Slightly sticky. Noticeable alcohol warmth. Rich and malty. Very nice.
