200ml draught at Olutravintola Pikkulintu. Jet black body. Low tan coloured head, scattered lacing. Promising smell of mid-sweet, roasted malts with chocolate scent. Well blended taste profile of dark chocolate, oat, ash and liquorice. Warming, lingering ending. Dangerously easy to drink. Lovely celebration brew. (Helsinki 30.11.2017).

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20171118) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and light brown. Aroma had burnt malts, creamy coffee and dark chocolate. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were dark chocolate, creamy coffee, burnt malts, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, chocolate and bitterness. A pleasant strong brew with chocolate notes that hid its high ABV rather well.
