Crazy sweet vanilla and roast and soy aroma, smells like it's going to be heavy. Black, small beige head. Slick heavy palate, sticky, alcohol vapours clear, carbonation there but doesn't cut through the sliminess. Adjuncty roasty taste, lots of cheap boost here. Finish has some chocolatey aspects, dry bitterness. This is baaaad for an impy. Fuxake, why aren't a good, sorry great, brewery like Plevna doing a beer for Tipu's birthday - have they fallen out?
Tap at Pikkulintu. Dark brown colour, small beige head. Light sweetish cocoa aroma and hints of alcohol. Medium-bodied. Caramel, some hoppyness, sweetness, alcohol. A bit boozy. Tide (5033) - Helsinki, FINLAND - DEC 27, 2017

200ml draught at Olutravintola Pikkulintu. Jet black body. Low tan coloured head, scattered lacing. Promising smell of mid-sweet, roasted malts with chocolate scent. Well blended taste profile of dark chocolate, oat, ash and liquorice. Warming, lingering ending. Dangerously easy to drink. Lovely celebration brew. (Helsinki 30.11.2017). (Keg at Pikkulintu, 20171118) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and light brown. Aroma had burnt malts, creamy coffee and dark chocolate. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were dark chocolate, creamy coffee, burnt malts, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, chocolate and bitterness. A pleasant strong brew with chocolate notes that hid its high ABV rather well. jookos (7362) - FINLAND - NOV 18, 2017
