The flavor is mild sweet and mild bitter with notes of onion, citrus (grapefruit, orange, lemon), orange peels, some graininess, garlic and herbs. Medium to full-bodied.

Burk Djursvik. Oj oj smakar tropiska frukten Annanas utav helvete. Superbalanserad beska och inga jäkla konstiga toner alls. Super öl. Nu efter några minuter känns tydlig smultronsmak.
