United, Tampere, Finland. Strong, averagely balanced nuances of roasted, almost burned, slightly buttery malts, dark berries, dry hopping. Bit salty flavor. Medium taste spectrum and long aftertaste with licorice and roasted malts. Medium body with medium/low carbonation. Overall, organic but way too simple and with too light body. 7 5 7 4 13
On tap at Taproom United, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roasted malt, with some oats, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is rich and roasted, with a wonderful roasted malt character, hearty oats and a little cocoa. Robust and hearty, without being brutal in any way. This is excellent. laiti (8697) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 12, 2018
