Almost sting to the point of nailpolish but avoids getting there. Flavor is white wine, wood, gueuze, apricot, funk. Barrel very present.

UPDATED: NOV 10, 2023 Bottle with cork and cage from Utobeer in Borough Market. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a white head. Good yeasty flavour with notes of rhubarb, greengage and green apple. Complex and very appealing taste. Good mouthfeel and medium carbonation. An excellent, delicious Geuze.

UPDATED: OCT 22, 2023 Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with an off-white head that holds well. Lively carbonation. Aroma of green apple, rhubarb and lemon. Flavour of bitter lemon and green apple peel. Thin to medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Very fizzy. Bright and juicy. This is in great condition. The flavour is nice but not the most complex; the aroma is very welcoming.

Rich, well balanced malty/hoppy aroma with oaky, vineous, and citric hints. Its robust, sharp citric taste carries oaky, malty, vineous, and cider notes, Ends with a long, strong, tart finish. Solid.
