UPDATED: JAN 14, 2019 Bottle, 3 months old. Cloudy orange, big fluffy head. Dry citruspeel and leather aroma, cheese. Medium light foamy body. Dry earthy, clay, poopy minerallic/blue cheese base. Rural, apples, citrus, corn flakes and parmesan retronaal. Very interesting, the cheese notes put me a bit off though. Addendum: Cheese mostly dissipates after a little while, perfumed notes come to the front.

Zlotta (5653) - Hagen, GERMANY - JAN 10, 2019
UPDATED: JAN 10, 2019 0.33 l bottle from 'Hopfenrausch', bottled in November 2018. Hazy, straw yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity and fairly funky aroma of sweat, cat piss, pineapple and lemon. Minimally sweet, slightly bitter, very funky, a little sourish and gently fruity taste of lots of sweat, cat piss, lemon and pineapple, followed by a short, gently bitter, a bit tart, fairly funky finish. Medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Interesting beer, but it's a bit too much brett for my liking, and there's not that much else.

Danke an rhoihessegold. Süffiger, hopfig-brettiger Beginn. Runde Herbe, süffig-würzig, die Hopfigkeit bleibt konstant. Intensiv, frisch, moderat hefig. Spritzig, langer würziger Abgang. Gut! 10/11/12/11/13/12

Bottle at home from Biervana, Munich, 20th October 18. Pours a light lemon colour, big growing head, frothy, the beer is cloudy. Aroma is lemon Turkish delight, sherbert. Taste is lovely and bretty, lemon, sherbert, tart, slight bitter, smooth and integrated, very well crafted, with a lingering Brett and bitter sweet finish. My first from this brewery and not my last for sure, as I have 3 others in the fridge already...

UPDATED: JUL 15, 2018 Thx! To SinH4! 330 ml. bottle sampled. So hazy, massively creamy white head. Nose is lovely tropical fruit, citrus, faint yeast. Oily faintly soapy tropical fruit, hugely juicy, very nice. Not much Brett character if any but who cares, too fresh maybe?

Bottle. Opaque milky golden-orange color with creamy white head. Aroma is passion fruit, nice orvalesque brett, dough, a bit lactic. Taste is passion fruit, lactic, mild dough, surprisingly dry. Not too complex, but works out very well and pleasant. Oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation. A tiny bit of booze in the back. Very nice!
