Pivo má tak svou charakteristickou plnou chuť s jemnou hořkostí, plnějším tělem a řídkou pěnou.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2018 Aroma is bread and grain. High carbonation and thin body. Typical pale malt sweetness in the taste and slight bitterness. Somewhat bitter finish.

Clear (transparent) golden appearance. Aroma is yeasty but an undercurrent of ripe fruit and slightly floral. Smooth and strong - pure and beautifully balanced. Medium sweet. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Nice beer

Zeker niet verkeerd pils. Moeilijk thuis te brengen bijsmaakje. Prettig koolzuurniveau.

Bayrischer anstich at Bräustüberl Andechs Kloster. Golden with a big white head. Bready malt aroma with herbal hops and a lovely mineral touch of cellar. Sweet malty and herbal flavour. Clean, crisp and tasty.

On tap at Brauhaus Schmitz in Philadelphia. Medium gold color. Small bubbly white head. Grainy malt nose. Crisp dry malt upfront. Slightly bitter middle. Balances out with nice malt /hop complexity in finish. Tasty.

Drinked in bottle bb 21.8.18. On the nose green hay , green summer herbs, some pale breadcrumb in the end some metallic minerals. In mouth is light bodied, a bit harsh and dry at the beginning, after a few seconds important hay flavour comes back. Not a special after taste.

Nice clear appearance, slightly but pleasantly bitter. Quite strong for this type of lager, producing a light tingle. Quite a standard lager, not as special as the name suggests.

Bottle at Beerdock Leek. Pours a clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of bready malts, cereal, slight toasted grains, a little straw and subtle herbal hops. Taste of bready malts, cereal, slight toasted grains, a little honey, a hint of straw and subtle herbal hops. Light to medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A soft, dryish, honeyed malt bitterness in the finish. A sweet malty lager as expected but flavourful and high quality. I think I’ve found my new favourite German Helles.
