UPDATED: MAR 13, 2022 Canette achetée sur SB. Bonne bien sûr, mais sans extra je trouve. Vu la note de ratebeer, je m'attendais à un peu mieux.

The Etruscan (875) - Tuscany, ITALY - FEB 27, 2022
UPDATED: FEB 27, 2022 White weak head. Cloudy yellow colour. Aroma is moderately fruity (pear, grapefruit, tangerine, citrus) notes, very juicy. Flavor is hoppy with fruity (grapefruit, tangerine and orange), slightly resinous, ending in a dry hoppy finish. Medium bodied.

jamestulloch (7476) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 11, 2022
UPDATED: FEB 11, 2022 Can from Bottle Baron. Hazy golden body with a few flecks floating beneath a white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of earth, mango and black pepper. Flavour of orange, honey and grapefruit. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Bright and tongue-tinglingly hoppy. The rye is expertly used and lends a nice spicy, biscuity edge, especially on the aroma.

ozzatoadisback (477) - ITALY - JAN 3, 2022
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2022 disclaimer: normally don't buy canned/bottled ipas that get imported if i don't know how fresh they are, but i was curios about this one. If you don't put a bottling or a best before date anywhere you'll get a rating even if it's not fresh enough. Pours a quite unattractive murky/milky golden, with a good sized pillowy white head, that shows quite good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is rather fresh/vivid, but not very polished: there's a bit of sweet malty base (white bread), overcome by resinous/piney freshness, with tangerine and lighter mango notes. Taste has a rather strong per style sweet malty base, and a softer per style feel. There's still significant bitterness/hoppiness though. As for the aroma, rather fresh but not very defined/polished. Notes of mango (now more prominent than in the aroma), tangerine, pine, light ryeish spiciness. Plus, a not exactly pleasant hint of some 'wet/sweaty' kind of feel, altough really just a hint. Medium body, with medium to high (but rather soft-bubbled) carbonation, resulting in a smoother than usual mouthfeel. The beer was overall smooth, super easily drinkable and quite refreshing, but unimpressive in terms of depth and not perfectly polished.

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2021 Large foamy white head left a froth on an unclear pale gold body. Malt, confectionery & floral aroma. Medium to full bodied, lively with a smooth back. Bubble gum, yeast, biscuit, sweet citrus & hopped up tastes. Really enjoyable beer - Straightforward.

4.1
atpsynthase (188) - SINGAPORE - MAY 4, 2021
UPDATED: MAY 5, 2021 355 ml can from an online store - already six months old when it came. Pours a semi-hazy brilliant yellow-orange almost like a postcard New England with a two finger white head. Aroma of lots of pineapple, some white grape, mango and malt, but it's a wonderfully aromatic beer. Very balanced taste with a lot of fruitiness, making the bitterness supporting. It's only mild to medium though it seems quite heavily hopped. Very smooth mouthfeel as well due to the rye as well as a nice supporting carbonation. The 7% ABV is completely hidden. I'm utterly convinced, even as somebody who doesn't really like IPAs. Would definitely be a 4.1 if it were fresh.
