ColaKid (82) - AUSTRALIA - APR 1, 2014On tap at Redoak beer cafe. A very good IPA, could do with a bit more bitterness but lovely nonetheless.
Druid (101) - Wamuran, AUSTRALIA - NOV 20, 2013A rather good example of an IPA. Could benefit from a slightly longer finish, although it is quite smooth. Very enjoyable
fletchfighters (1836) - WEST RYDE, AUSTRALIA - OCT 23, 2013Had on tap at Redoak
Clear brown color, off white head, good sticky lacing on the sides of the glass. A bit of ABV legs on the sides.
Nose is caramel malt, grapefruit, wood and earth. Not as floral as I expected but a pretty big nose for the style.
Taste is quite earthy with a lot of grapefruit. Nice but overall a bit big I felt. Lots of floral and earthy woody notes to this.
Oily and heavy feel. Felt bigger than the 6.5% implies. A bit too earthy and woody for my taste but did like.
gnoff (11277) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - AUG 15, 2013Draught, sample, at Redoak Boutique Beer Cafe, Sydney, on July 10, 2013.
Clear brown color, teal head. Sweet, caramel, hoppy, berry, cream scent. Sweet, caramel, floral, hoppy taste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Sweet, berry aftertaste.
magdalar (516) - Zurich, SWITZERLAND - APR 13, 2012Draught at Redoak Beer Boutique.
Pours a clear medium amber with an off white head.
Smells nicely of floral and citrus hops.
Tastes of a passion fruit and grapefruit sweetness, with a large bitterness to follow. Medium bodied, light carbonation, oily/syrupy texture. Finishes bitter with a long duration.
Sevenlee (1845) - Central Coast, NSW, AUSTRALIA - FEB 26, 2012Pours a cloudy amber colour with a white head. Aroma is fruity with notes of pine and grapefruit. Taste is also fruity with grapfruit leading to a decent bitter finish. Pretty good.

A touch rusty, hops lingering
hawthorne00 (7608) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JUN 28, 2011Tap, a bit too cold at RedOak. Orangeish amber, small light beige head. Very hoppy nose - floral, with pine and spice, darkish toffee - smells fabulous. Taste has very moderate sweetness - it’s pretty dry, despite deep toffee. Nectarines, kumquats, mild hard spices. Just a _little_ window cleanerish. Nice balance, but genuinely highly hopped in both aroma and bitterness. Traditional but bold.
bluebetty (1021) - AUSTRALIA - DEC 27, 2010On tap at Redoak. Review from notes. Pours a deep amber with good creamy slightly offwhite head. Nice looking beer. Good hop aromas with the usual suspects. Plenty of grapefruit and pine needles. Soft light caramel to hold it all together. Flavours are pretty much identical. Soft light caramel sweetness with plenty of resiny hops. OK Bitter finish. Probably my pick out of their beers.
