UPDATED: DEC 20, 2018 750mL bottle from Bucket Boys 4.6%
Pours a decent size creamy head atop a hazy straw body.
Not a huge amount of aroma - grainy, bready malt, touch of lemon/grapefruit, slightly herbal & peppery phenolic spice, faint green oak.
Quite light on the body, reasonably well carbonated, dryish, slight citrusy twang.
Delicate sort of beer overall - subtle light/pilsner biscuity malt, pale citrus rind, Saison-esque white pepper & clove phenolics, almost dusty, dried herbs, hay, hints of hard cheese & oaken spice. Subtly tannic & tart - all well checked & balanced.
Very elegant; realising the origins of this brew - it all makes sense. ttoadee (2068) - Austin, Texas, USA - OCT 21, 2018
@ Draft Shack. Cloudy soft gold, rim of white. Nose is yeast, wild variety. Middle is bitter citrus, light kilned grain (?), and crisp yeast. Finish is bright and citrusy. JStax (8613) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - OCT 12, 2018

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Tart nose with brett, hay and minerals. Tart with light-medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Minerally with hay and lemon. Low bitterness. Relaxed, complex and excellent. nuplastikk (6964) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 26, 2018
On tap and in a growler from JP Chicago. Thick, yellow-tan body. Foamy white head. Hoppy, bitter, dry, bright. Lemon tones, Some mellow Jolly Pumpkin funk. Not really hitting a traditional Saison, or new school Grisestte feel either, something different. Medium bodied, very drinkable. Lots of grassy, dry hop...not really so much dimension in that regard as much as mouth texture. India Pale Grisette?
