rja (371) - BREDA, NETHERLANDS - SEP 22, 2019
UPDATED: SEP 22, 2019 A nice and tasty lager. Just a touch more of everything. A touch too sweet for ma but still a nice beer.

ninecats (545) - Uddevalla, SWEDEN - SEP 22, 2019
UPDATED: SEP 22, 2019 Bottle. Clear golden with a big white fluffy head. Aroma is bready malt, grain, slight grassy hops. Taste is well balanved between malt and floral and grassy hops - actually not as sweet as many Märzen/Octoberfest beers are. Medium body with medium carbo.

SinH4 (11613) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - SEP 21, 2019
UPDATED: SEP 21, 2019 Bottle during a blindtasting of all the Wiesenbiere and some more Festbiere. This supposedly won the blind tasting of this group the previous two years. This time it didn't. Clera golden color with white head. Aroma is malty, light cereal, sweetish hay, a touch esters. Taste is the same, with a light touch of booze in the back, but also a little bit of bitterness. Silky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Not my favourite of the night.

PellicleForever34 (202) - Legionowo, POLAND - SEP 19, 2019
UPDATED: SEP 19, 2019 Jak Pils, barwa słomkowa, piana średnia obfita, drobno pęcherzykowata. W smaku i zapachu za wiele się nie dzieje. Lekko chmielone

snowcrash000 (890) - Cologne, GERMANY - SEP 17, 2019
UPDATED: SEP 17, 2019 Pours a clear, golden coloration with a slight amber hue, large, fluffy head and slightly visible carbonation. Smells of doughy, grainy malt and lighter floral, grassy hops. Taste is good balance between doughy, bready malt and floral, grassy hops, with just a hint of a certain mineral note. Finishes with a light bitterness and some grainy malt and grassy hops lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation. This is noticeably less sweet than most other Festbiers, I've had so far, which I quite like. Also has a bit more depth to it, with a bit more grainy malt and floral hops in addition to the typical doughy malt and grassy hops. While it can't quite compete with Paulaner's Festbier, it's still one of the better examples of the style in my opinion.

charlotte (6112) - rødovre, DENMARK - SEP 17, 2019
UPDATED: SEP 17, 2019 Bottle.Clear golden colour with large white head.Aroma of hops and malt slight grainy and sweet hint of corn and malt.

NosirIwont (3220) - Husum, DENMARK - SEP 14, 2019
UPDATED: SEP 14, 2019 Bottle. 6.1%. Best before 12.08.20. Pours a clear, pale yellow, with a white head. Decent lacing. Sweetish, grassy and cereal aroma. Fruit, cardboard as it warms. Flavour is sweet, with cereals, stale bread/cardboard, light (citrus) hops. Light fat, grainy note. Same finish, mildly bitter, a bit dry. Milky, grainy hints, and warming brings out citrusy and herbal hints. Slightly oily palate. Overall so-so. Bland. 14.09.19.

dantomlinson (655) - Blackburn, Lancashire, ENGLAND - SEP 13, 2019

julesxxl (2870) - FRANCE - JUL 14, 2019
UPDATED: JUL 14, 2019 (all malté-sucré, ~agréable à boire, mais elle a dû être nettement moins indus-appâtante par le passé : argh)
