COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Traditional Irish Orchard Cider crafted from Dabinett, Michelin and Ashton Bitter apples grown in our very own family orchards. Devils Bit Mountain Cider is a multi-award winning, full bodied, medium dry cider which combines the age-old technique of cider making with the traditional bittersweet cider apple to create this wonderfully refreshing beverage. Recent awards include Ireland Cider Producer of the Year and a Gold Medal at the World Cider Championships.

500ml can. Pale golden cider, fizzy white head. Tart and watery, not that crisp, finish has a balance issue, it’s a tart and sweet mess with industrial notes. Not that great.

Sharpish tart apple aroma, some skins. Pale gold, fizzy. Blandish apple taste, tart again. Watery palate, tart, crisp carbonation. Refreshing and quite clean, but a bit industrial.

Apples, stinky, sourish and some caramel in aroma. Apples, sweet, caramel in taste. Sour dry apples in aftertaste. Soft carbonation. Nope.

Labelled as "Devils Bit Mountain Irish Orchard Cider". Clear yellow body, bubbles actively soaring to the top. Strong sweet and tart aroma. A hint of glue. Taste is sweet, but with a dry finish, altogether more subtle than the taste. Pretty normal cider.
