Aroma of nuts, toffee, walnuts, light acidic roasty notes, hints of burnt wood and some acidic coffee. Medium-light to medium body with a light sweetness and a light to medium roasty bitterness. Flavor of roasted malt, some toffee, hints of caramel, burnt wood, hints of chocolate and hints of coffee. Finishes with a light roasty bitterness and very light burnt notes. UPDATED: AUG 4, 2020 Noire d'ébène à courte mousse beige laissant juste un nappage. Les arômes de rôti et café se détachent nettement. Le goût est doux et corsé, très rôti avec une acidité présente, des notes de réglisse. L'amer de rôti est tressé de houblon, un peu de sucre résiduel.
