On tap at Blatt, clear golden color with some soft foam, sweet honey aroma, sweet honeysuckle and floral flavors , very refreshing, not cloying or metallic like most pale bocks, excellent finish

On draft at Trio in Kill Devil Hills. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Malty nose. Flavors are sweet toffee and butterscotch. Slight bitter finish.

Draft. Pours light copper-gold. Biscuit malt and earthy hop aroma. Caramel and biscuit malt with pleasant bitterness balanced by malt sweetness in the long, mouthcoating finish.

Draft pours amber with a off white head. Aroma of floral, grass and bread. Taste is sweet malts and bread.

Very pleasant drinking. Sweet complex and long lasting flavor, but overall on the lighter side. I could drink a lot of these, yum.

From old tasting notes. Labeled as "Hacker-Pschorr Maibock". Bright deep gold color with a moderate white head. Light malt aroma . Semisweet toasted malt foretaste. Bittersweet middle. Finish is dry and bitter. Long bitter aftertaste. Zesty, bold and flavorful. A very good Maibock.

Orange with off white head that lasts. Prickly feel. Dusty earthy bready nose and flavor. Lightly herbal hops and juuuuust a touch sweet.

Received via trade with Papso. From 500 ml bottle pours a semi-clear golden amber colored brew with a thick off-white head that slowly dissipates and leaves behind some excellent lacing. Aroma of hard pitted fruits, rich golden grain malt and a hint of melon Taste is medium to full bodied, with flavors of golden grain malt and some sweet hard fruits with a touch of vanilla. Finish is semi-sweet with golden grain malt, vanilla, and mild floral and earthy hops. A solid heller bock throughout.

Pours gold with a nice white head. Smells of floral notes, bit of grass, bread. Taste is sweet and moderately bitter - bready and pit fruit.
