COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We first brewed together at their home in NYC in June after attending Other Half’s Green City festival. The beer of choice was a double IPA utilising Citra hops in three forms; Leaf, T90 and Cryo Powder over a simple base of pilsner malt and flaked oats.

Both parties were so delighted with the results when Kevin and Basil came over to the UK for London Craft Beer Festival, it only seemed right to continue the theme! This time we brewed the same beer but switched it up with Mosaic hops. Expect a silky combo of berry fruit notes, tropical mango and bubblegum flavour from this intense, multi-dimensional hop.

440ml can from Valhalla's Goat. Hazy yellow, good head. Strange leafy flowery aroma. Pineapple wasabi flavour. Bitter piney aftertaste. Not so keen on this one.

Hazy bright yellow color with white head. Aroma has milky mango yogurt notes or mango milkshake. Taste is fruity, tropical, slightly lemony, also yeasty and a bit astringent. Medium body and carbonation. Really nice and different flavor profile.

Pours a hazy deep golden amber coloration with a large, frothy head. Smell is juicy and tropical, with light citrus accents: mango, passion fruit, papaya, tangerine. Taste follows the nose, with a good balance of sweet tropical and lsightly zesty citrus notes of mango, passion fruit, papaya and tangerine, with the tropical notes clearly dominating. There's also some biscuity malt and a light, grassy dankness to this, with hints of booze and bubble gum. Finishes quite sweet, with almost no discernible bitterness and sweet tropical notes in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium/rich body and medium carbonation. While this is a bit too sweet for me personally, and I'm not a huge fan of the light bubblegum and booze notes either, this does have a lovely, juicy tropical flavor profile to it, with just a hint of dankness and resin, that works quite well, actually.
