Shared bottle at Olut Sabadell. Clear pale yellow with almost no white head. Exhuberant wild yeast and vinagre aromas. Sweet and lightly acidic. Well balanced but not your typical saison.

From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun 2018. Hazy golden color with a small white head. The aroma is funky with balsamic vinegar, mild barnyard, lots of berries (lightly sour with some residual sweetness), grapes, white wine, wood - really nice smell. Medium to medium-full body with a medium acidity, a light tartness and a very light residual sweetness. Very well balanced. The flavor starts with sour berries, unripe gooseberries, hints of raspberries, balsamic vinegar, white grapes, white wine, woody tartness. Finishes with some residual sourness, tart and woody. Very good with a nice complexity and well balanced throughout. Aroma: 8 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Palate: 4 Overall: 16

Bottle from the webshop. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is pig stables, funk, yeast saison funk. Body is medium, sour, little acidic, low carbonation, barrel flavours, extremely balanced and drinkable, citric. Lingering sour apple juice palate. Very good!
