@CBFZ - hazy dark red brown beer with a moderate head retention; aroma of oak wood, red fruits and marzipan; subtle carbonation, full-bodied, dry, vinous, sour woody notes and a long red fruity finish SinH4 (10432) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - OCT 9, 2018
Sampled thanks to the Swiss crew, many thanks! Deep ruby color with soapy pinkish head. Aroma is cherry skin, a bit plasticy, yoghurt, cherry stone. Taste is cherry stone, glue, plastic, quite some weird flavours in there, woody finish. Mineraly mouthfeel with a touch of carbonation. Quite confusing. anstei (3704) - SWITZERLAND - SEP 29, 2018
At CBFZ 2018. Pours unclear pink red. Aroma is strong cherry, stone, funk. Body is medium, fruity and tart. Decent malt sweetness, but also some glue and acetone, still strong cherry stones though, also plastic bottle. Gentle for a kriek. Balanced too, yet rather simple. Still good.
