From cask at Craft Beer Festival Thun 2018. Murky dirty amber color with no head. The aroma is lightly malty, bready with toffee, some caramel and lightly yeasty, doughy, fermenting mash, butter. Light to medium body with a light bitterness, a light sweetness and a very light acidity. The flavor is lightly malty and lightly hoppy with bread, toffee, butter some lightly fruity notes, hints of apples. Finishes with a light herbal, earthy bitterness. Decent but not exciting.
