From tap at Craft Beer Festival Thun 2018. Clear golden color with a white head. The aroma is medium yeasty with lots of pear, apples, fermenting fruits, some notes of dry hay. Full body with a light to medium sweetness and a light bitterness. Flavor of sweetish malt, biscuit, honey, dried apples, fermenting fruits. The alcohol is very well hidden - good drinkability, crisp, yeasty. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 3 Taste: 7 Palate: 4 Overall: 14
