on tap @ brewery. la più banale delle loro birre. gialla paglierina con schiuma bianca compatta. profuma di erba appena tagliata e di biscotti al riso. poco corpo, beverina, finale amaricato avvolgente e rinfrescante.
courtesy of Oliver Bieri - cloudy honeyish colour with a poor head retention; very yeasty aroma with notes of spices and honey; medium malt backbone and quite sour; the finish is fizzy and pretty short with notes of citrus, spices and yeast - a bit weird and I’m not sure the sourness is really controlled, but interesting and quite pleasant
Clean, slightly honey aroma; again some malt honey in the mouth, but moderate and not cloying, and just balanced by some hops. Just a touch of lemony, on the way of becoming sourness, but better than I feared - being an old bottle. One of the few beers of this brewery that is not flavoured or spiced - and up to now the one that suffered less the travel and the age.
