COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
If you dream of wheat this brew will get your toes tapping. Since 1995 we have brewed Bavarian style wheat beers exclusively for the same great state that grows and malts our own Wisconsin wheat. In a world full of posers this is a true hefe-weizen naturally 100% bottle fermented and hazy. Expect this beer to cascade effervescent into your glass. The rich spicy clove and cinnamon notes will greet your nose while sweet fruit and wheat kisses your lips. Lick the foam from your mouth and admit sometimes you just gotta get up and dance.

Bottle - Soft candied banana. Clear gold with a small white head. Sweet candied banana, citrus peel bite and a decent finish.

A 12 fl oz bottle with no clear bottled on or best before date. Poured into a Riedel weizen glass. It was a hazy dark straw orange colour with a big three finger white head that had good retention but left only slight lacing. Aromas of nice wheat, banana, clove, banana bread and bubblegum. Tastes much like the aroma, there’s wheat, banana, clove and bubblegum with a hint of fuzzy peach and cinnamon. Medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, maybe I had too high hopes to start with, but it wasn’t as good as I expected it to be. I much preferred Bubbler over Dancing Man Wheat, maybe it was the cinnamon spices at the end. Having said that, it’s not bad and still definitely drinkable.

12 oz. bottle. Pours an unclear, bright yellow color, with a medium, fizzy, white head. The aroma is straw, banana, orange juice, cloves, and lemon zest. Sweet and doughy, with a light, crisp, bitter finish. Light to medium body, with a chewy, creamy mouthfeel, and a lovely, sharp finish. This is simply fantastic.

12 oz bottle from the variety pack. Pours cloudy golden with a thick off-white head with great retention. Aroma is clove, bubblegum, banana, wheat, peppery. Taste is sweet and spicy with noticeable but not overwhelming alcohol. Flavors match the aroma. Just like a real German weizenbock. So good.

Has a real banana flavor to it. Just a really good solid beer all the way around

Light orange, fluffy head, hazy. Zesty bannna and clove aroma. Citrus and fruit , clove is bigger in taste, spice, zesty finish. 7.2%? thats bigger than the average hefeweizen. Soft, somewhat slick. Peppery citrus finish. Pretty good , Im not big on clove, this is more clove forward.

VERY tasty and smooth. nothing offensive here whatsoever. bit of clove and sweetness and extremely drinkable. new glarus has one heck of a reputation for being some of the smoothest beers around.

Bottle at Uber Tap Room with GLBTQ crew. Weird flute glass. Hazy yellow and golden with minimal head. Nose has traditional banana and cloves with a light funk. Taste is a pleasant banana with wheat undertones. Very much in the vein of other hefeweizens I’ve sampled. Easy to drink hiding the alcohol well. A good representation of the style. I would ask this to join me on the dance floor for an Eric Clapton track at least one more time.

From the tap at Tofflers Pub and Grill in New Glarus. Pours hazy golden colored with a huge fluffy white head. Aroma if sweet banana, apples, and cinnamon.. Flavor is malts, banana, pears and apples. Decent, but I just smell a little too much banana and cinnamon for my liking
