Low bitterness. Old pale malt. bread, minerals, grass. Hoppy aftertaste. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: Could have been worse.

Ah mon Zambèze, si tu coules ainsi dans mes veines, j'aime autant capituler dans la dégustation (??!!) de bières .. pardon .. je veux dire bien sûr d'eau douce .. CONCLUSION : le Zambèze n'est pas un long fleuve tranquille !!
