COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
OG 1108, FG 1026, Color 388.7 EBC, Chinook and Saaz hops. Bitterness 93.5 EBU.

Stronger version of a Baltic Porter. Comparable with an Imperial Stout but without the heavily roasted malt character. This created a soft beer with strong hops in the finish.

ianwelby (2779) - Hamilton, SCOTLAND - MAR 13, 2021
UPDATED: MAR 13, 2021 Opaque beer, thin white head. Loads of malt in the aroma. Flavour is toasty malt, toasty toffee, a little fruit, maybe a dash of anise and a little dark chocolate. Really nice.v

ardeo (1442) - Flémalle, BELGIUM - FEB 17, 2021
UPDATED: FEB 17, 2021 Aspect : quasi noir, petite mousse.

Olores a chocolate. Volvería a tomar fin dudar

GSAP (826) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 22, 2020

dandeman (1668) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 8, 2020
UPDATED: NOV 8, 2020 Aroma of caramel and molasses, black fruit accents (prune) and subtle notes of anise. A slightly spicy alcohol coats everything. Medium foam is held on a dark brown liquid, slightly veiled, with good effervescence. Caramel and molasses tickle the palate at first, then settles an invading and warm alcohol . Black fruits are also prominent with prunes and raisins. Dominant malty and sweet character, without pronounced bitterness, but with a warm and well integrated alcohol. The hops offer a discreetspicycharacter. The body is extremely full and the texture quite thick although Its effervescence helps lower its heaviness. A sweet, complex beer featuring very well-developed malts without heaviness, absolutely warm and delicious.

Whatup14 (3374) - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 22, 2020
UPDATED: SEP 22, 2020 Bouteille 330ml. Carbonatation faible, corps moyen-dense.

Bamsen78 (7203) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - AUG 23, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 23, 2020 Bottle at home, to velebrate my latest degree, FC Bayern’s treble 2020 and a lot of other things that should have seen it open - I had it at home for years. Pours hazy very dark briwn with airy but stable tan head. Clear aroma of yeast, malt and fruit, with touches of caramel and hops. Bitter, roasty flavour, with sour-sweetish botes of fruit and flowers and touches of hops, coffee and yeast and malt. Acidic aftertaste with estery and roasty notes. Decent, indeed, but I had probably kept the bottle forbtoo long, even though it had bot reached the BBD by months.
