375ml cellared bottle shared by BDR. Pours a clear rich golden amber colored cider with lots of viscosity tears. Aroma of vanilla, apples, candied raisin and maple. Taste is full bodied, rick and thick with flavors of sweet apples, a touch of cinnamon, maple and candied raisin. Finish is smooth and tick with a nice sweet apple and maple aftertaste. Quite the dessert ice cider.

Bottle courtesy of Jacob. Clear deep golden pour leaving some very prominent legs on the glass with a swirl. Intense caramel apple nose with plenty of expected tartness. Light dried cherries, minerals, lemon peal & alcohol. Sweet, sour & fruity taste. Oily, round & tart mouthfeel. Delicious ice cider with plenty of oxidative complexity. Damn good!

Bottle shared during the 2016 RB Best Awards. Many, many thanks to J. Hux for sharing this treat! Pours clear copper-gold with a few bubbles. Big juicy apple aroma, with light honey, clover, ripe apple. Hearty sweet flavour, rich and smooth, with some apple sauce, light caramel, suggestions of berries. Medium to full bodied, and lightly chewy. Warming on the finish, highly sweet, with lots more ripe apples and juicy apple sauce. Excellent. Absolutely delicious.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2016 Bottle @ RBWG 2016. Huge thanks to Julien. Nice amber color to this. Big time acidity to this, which really helps with all the vanilla, caramel, and apple pie filling. Subtle spice, even feels like there’s a bit of oak character to it. Some toasted nuts, cake, honey, and baked apple. Great mouthfeel. Damn good.
