Cask @ Taras: Completely black with light cafe au lait head. Strong smoky notes of hardburned malt, liqourice, coffee and dark chocolate. Sweet flavour and bitter finish with strong hints of smoke. Soft mouthfield. Keep it coming!! KimJohansen (10498) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - JUL 20, 2008

On tap-Messrs, Dissapointing stout, overly smoked almost burnt oak flavour, strange tomatoe-like taste, not to my taste, but might appeal to others KnutAlbert (6798) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 18, 2008

Very likeble, but hardly an imperial stout. Lovely smokiness in an easy-drinking stout body. Very dark ruby beer, beige head.
I’m not sure then one I had was 7% ABV. larsga (7679) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 24, 2008
Medium dark brown lasting head. Opaque black body goes deep red at edges. Smoky, peaty, burnt milky taste. Strong, clean smoky wooden character in a long, long aftertaste. Caramelly, sugary, chocolatey notes. A bit too sweet, and not entirely harmonic enough, but the smoke is wonderful. A lovely beer. (0.3l draft at the brewpub.)
