COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
AntiGravity is our answer to the call for a natural, craft-brewed Light Ale that actually still has flavour. The challenge was to give the beer a certain body and complexity not usually found in beers at the lighter end of the spectrum Here it is. Antigravity is lighter, but still flavorful; effervescent and playful, but not too hoppy or aggressive. It’s an easygoing ale for times when you want to let someone else run the planet for the day and just enjoy the ride a while. Oh, and it’s an easygoing ale which was awarded Gold in the 2008 Ontario Brewing Awards. We said it was a Light Ale, not a conventional one!

2014 rating. Pours a huge foamy white head but goes away fairly quick. Has a pale yellowish/golden appearance. Pretty decent lacing. Aromas of light malts and grains with some wheats as well. Flavours are actually fairly bland. Some grainy malts with notes of mild citrus hops and very faint floral hops and wheats. Light bodied mouthfeel. Average carbonation. Not bad and easy to drink but a bit disappointing coming from Flying Monkeys. Update: Tried cask version and it was much more enjoyable and flavourful. Extremely smooth mouthfeel and no bitterness from the hopped up version they had at Arrow and Loon.

Bought directly from the brewery. Smells slightly hoppy and sweet. Pours a light to medium gold colour. Small head that disappears immediately with no lacing. Taste is slightly sweet, with a barely noticeable hop note. Great carbonation. Slightly sweet aftertaste. Overall I was very happy with this beer, Can’t believe there was so much flavour for a 4% ABV beer. I would buy again. MB. The Beer "Bear"on.

[email protected] - light hazy dark blond beer with a moderate head retention; crisp malty biscuit and hazelnutty aroma; clean palate, moderate carbonation and mediumbodied, some malt sweetness and a low bitterness; a bit oily with flowery and malty tones in the finish - charming

En fût au Beer Brothers Bistro. Couleur jaune pâle, mousse blanche. Arôme de grains frais. En bouche, grains, un peu de houblons aromatique. Bonne light.

ILduce (285) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 13, 2014
On tap @ Pie pizza, Barrie. Golden with no head. Aroma is weak with floral and lemony notes over soft malt. Conservatively flavored with malt and some bread. A little boring. Soapy mouthfeel. Bland all around.
