Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, leicht würzig. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, leicht bananig, etwas würzig.

0.5l bottle. Hazy golden/orange body, white head, live carbonation. Aroma of bread, honey, and earthy hops. Taste of vanilla, bread and some sweet melon maybe. A bit too sweet for me, but it’s OK.

Bottled. Hazy goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized foamy white head, that leaves good lace. Aroma is wheat, bready malts, some slight zesty, spicy and hebral notes along with mild banana as well. Flavour is rather similar with some sourish wooden notes.

Poured hazy golden with a creamy, white head, lasting. Aroma is wheat and banana. Flavor is wheat, mild yeast and sweet fruity.

It’s unclear golden with a creamy, white head and the aroma has notes of wheat, banana and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of light yeast, mild banana and wheat. The finish is slightly spicy and dry. The balance is OK, but I would like a little more edge to it...

Schaut im Glas schön orangig aus, und es kommt mir unglaublich trüb vor. Der Geruchstest fällt spritzig fruchtig frisch aus. Der Antrunk ist säuerlich fruchtig. Zudem ist das Weizen wirklich gut süffig. Da ich gelesen hab dass das Bier der unteren Preisklasse zuzuordnen ist, gibt’s nen extra Punkt für Preis-Leistung. Zwar gibt’s wesentlich bessere Weizen, aber am Pater Rudi gibt’s eigentlich nix auszusetzen.

Mildly sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Delicately grainy wheaty taste with traces of cara-malt and fruity notes of citrus, lemon; slightly sweet and sour-fruity finish with cloves and a grainy touch in the aftertaste. Refreshing. Bottle. Pater Rudi is available for very little money in a small Getränkehalle and presents itself with an orange blonde color. Cloudy. Tangerine in the aroma. Thin. Wheaty flavor with mandarine curacao.
