April 25, 2015, Bottle, shared by omhper, thanks!
Dark reddish with a small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some chocolate, dried fruits, cardboard, not as oxidized as 2007. Taste is sweet toffee, some dark bread, notes of dried and dark fruits and slight roast. Medium bodied, a bit watery texture, soft carbonation.

Årgang 2008, åbnet 2012. Dejlig sød karamel duft. Flot øl med fin skum. Smager godt af kaffe og let drikkelig. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This beer is dark but very thin - almost like water. The taste is sweet and taste of caramel. The aftertaste is a bit smoked.

2008 edition tasted in 2012. This one very taste porter-ish scoth ale. The taste and the palate is really good. A porter that is very pleasant, well balanced and easy to drink.

rarbring (2290) - Linköping, SWEDEN - NOV 25, 2012
Aroma: The smell is full of raisins, dates, figs and fermented honey.
Appearance: A slightly hazy red brown ale, the head off-white, low, with little lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Starting with dark bread, honey and raisins, some vinous port notes.
Palate: Light carbonation, a certain fizzy character, a rather small body, soft with an alcohol touch, a soft long dry finish.
Overall: A nice well balanced, possibly peaking old goody.
Note: Bottle at De Klomp sampling. Reviewed 2011-12-23.

Clear but very dark brown beer. Neutral palate with a hint of dryness. Light spirity malt with bitter toffee. Fresh minerally finish. A crisp dark beer.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Decent lacing. Sweet, fruity, roasted aroma with caramel, and slight notes of chocolate, coffee and sweet liquorice. Dusty note as it warms. Very smooth. Flavour is roasted with remote notes of hops in the background and a slight metallic note. Tart and dusty notes as it warms. Bitter, roasted finish with a remote alcohol burn and a lingering grassy note. Overall rather good; aged well and took on quite some stout-like characters. 22.04.12.
