Hellgold, klar. Sehr leicht, minimal malzig, etwas wässrig, leicht Zitronenschale, Nachgeschmack etwas seifig (Koriander?)

DraftPours23 (1503) - FRANCE - AUG 27, 2018
Jaune paille, mousse moyenne, nez suave, sucré et fleuri. En bouche, légèrement malté, un petit goût de céréale, touche sucrée. Légère amertume houblonnée. Le côté à la fois amer et fruité est original pour une pils.

KyotoLefty (12373) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 11, 2018
Tap at the Markthalle in Freiburg. Brilliantly clear golden color with a tight head. Lemony, herbal hop nose. Crisp and clean, sharp hops, bitter finish, touch of warm malts. Body a bit oily but overall crisp. Hits the spot on a hot day.

Geel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en fruitig met iets van bosbessen. Blijft ook lang hangen. Echt genieten dit bier.

0.5l bottle thanks to bartlebier. Clear pale yellow body with a decent white head. Arome: light malts, bready malts, hay, grass, and a hint of Floral hops floral hops, light malts, quite rich, dry and not thirstquenching. Light-Medium body, below average carbonation. Interesting as the floral hints and dryness and it's richness are a bit different from your average pilsener. Clearly a waldhaus beer and probably there best pilsener style beer yet that I had from them.

kapusil (1845) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 30, 2017
0.5l bottle. Clear pale yellow body with a white head. Aroma and the taste of light bready malts with hay, grassy hops and some floral notes. A classy pilsner. It lacks the harsh grainy taste lots of other beers from this style have and has a light-medium body, hence it's smooth and light. I like it.

Das Diplom – ein tolles Bier. Kann man super genießen und ist sehr süffig. Es läuft extrem gut runter.
