Cross Bay Citra
Cask conditioned at Oxford Beer Festival '23, Oxon. Hazy pale gold with white head. This proved to be a bit of a caramel bomb unfortunately, some pithy, light citrus breaks through, some lemon zest. Okay(ish)

Cross Bay Double Cross
Cask at Brunswick, Derby (23/9/23). Pours a dark burgundy with minimal off-white head. Aroma is mainly roasted malts with a hint of floral hops. In the mouth it has dark fruits, cola and malts with some traces of liquorice. Later on some floral hops come through as well leading to a slightly bitter finish. It’s reasonable but a bit on the bland side.

Cross Bay Simplicity Pale Ale
Cask conditioned at The Clarence, Bury, Gt. Manchester. Hazed burnished gold with white head. Malt lead beer, cereals, grainy with a caramel sweetness. Not really getting too much in the way of hops, some citrus perhaps. Basic but okay.

Cross Bay Zenith
Cask at Hops, Crewe. Pours a golden orange with a small white head. Has a reasonable aroma of oranges with a hint of mashmallows. General first impression in the mouth is light and hoppy. Later this resolves to an initial flood of caramel which fades to traditional hops and summer fruits overlaid on a base of biscuits. Finish is quite bitter. This ais a quaffable English style IPA and not an ESB. I rather like it.

Cross Bay Vesper
June 6, 2018 - at Craft Beer Co. (Clerkenwell) - on handpull cask. Clear amber-gold with a lasting frothy/creamy off-white head. Decent malty golden ale - grassy, slightly acidic, slightly sweet biscuity malt (7-). Taste ... that's an ESB to me - floral, sweetish malt, noticeable alcohol - nice enough. Average body, mild carbonation, medium finish - starts malty, finishes bitter and ultimately a little harsh.
