nearbeer	3.8 Boscos Isle of Skye Scottish Ale On tap at Boscos. Clear, deep chestnut brew with a creamy film on top. Smells of earthy chocolate, toasted almonds, and dark malt. Tastes of the same with just a hint of sour cream. Smooth, near-medium mouthfeel with low-medium.carbonation. Malty front just balanced by some earthy bitterness in the finish. Nice copper color with a long lasting off white head and thick lacing. Aroma smells like a big, lightly sweet, malty brew floor. The flavor has nice malt but also a fruity, watery, perfume streak.
