On tap at Boscos. Clear, deep chestnut brew with a creamy film on top. Smells of earthy chocolate, toasted almonds, and dark malt. Tastes of the same with just a hint of sour cream. Smooth, near-medium mouthfeel with low-medium.carbonation. Malty front just balanced by some earthy bitterness in the finish.

Boscos Boscos Light
Below-average light beer. Lacking aroma and flavor. Not terrible but very generic. I'm sure it caters to the non-craft beer crowd that patrons the restaurant.

Tap, Boscos. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is honey ... light fermentation aroma -- think cream ale. I'm not getting a lot of rye, but it's easy enough to drink and nothing defective.

Boscos C3
Tap Boscos. Pours clear smber. Aroma of centennial and citra. Taste is malt and piney hop, the Citra in the background compared to the others. I'm impressed. The balance is there, it's not your run of the mill ipa, and it's easy to drink.

Tap Boscoes. Pours hazy light yellow. Aroma of cloves mainly. Taste is cloves spicy and light banana. This is on the light style but it's very tasty. This is perfect for the style, not overbearing and very well done.

Boscos Oktoberfest
Draft at the Squared location in Memphis after passing my systems test. Overall a nice lager if not completely traditional. Nice copper color with a long lasting off white head and thick lacing. Aroma smells like a big, lightly sweet, malty brew floor. The flavor has nice malt but also a fruity, watery, perfume streak. Light bitterness. Okay.
