The aroma is soft, bitter - sweet, toasty grain, dull red fruits, white bread jam sandwich, jam rolly polly, toasty grain and caramel. The taste is dry upfront, light tannin, bitter - sweet, toasty grain, earthy roast, grassy, metallic twang, touch jammy fruits and caramel with a bitter, drying finish. Average body and moderate, velvety carbonation. Has quite a weird bitter finish, almost acrid. Nitro definitely saves it. Saturday, March 23, 2024

The medium body is fairly smooth and the taste is bitter pine and a bit of citrus. Very much first wave US imports to Japan vibes. Fresh pine hops, citrus & orange with floral notes & a sticky sweetness. The taste is a mix of pine hops & stone fruits including mango with a little orange too. Przeszkadza jednak zbyt wysoka kwaśność. Poza tym jest wszystko ok. Paloność, kawa, czekolada goryczka. Niewiele piw z tego browaru piłem – głównie kooperacje z Pintą – to chyba jest najsłabsze.
