Just mix the rice hulls in w/ the rest of the malt and mash as normal. You might want to use a little more than I did.
I did a step mash on this one because of all the wheat. Thirty minutes at one hundred thirty degrees. Sixty at one hundred fiftytwo degrees and a mash out. I batch sparged which I figured would be much less of a headache than fly sparging on this one.
I will definitely lighten up on the hops next time and probably ease off the chocolate wheat just a tad.
