FWH 6 oz. Chinook (10.4%) FWH
4 oz. Target (10%) and 4 oz. Columbus (11.1%) 90 min.
2 tablets whirlflock 20 min.
4 oz. each Chinook, Simcoe, Columbus, Centtenial 10 min.
ditto at K.O.

US-56, 2 pints thick slurry
Same dry hops as K.O. hops
60 min. single infusion at 151.
90 min. boil

Pitched 2 pints US-56 slurry. Force oxygenated for 3 min. then again for 2 min. one hour later. Got a start in 3 hours. Fermented at 68 F for 5 days then a d-rest at 72 F for 2 days. Transferred into secondary with dry hops. Let sit at 65 F for 3 days and crashed for 1 week. Kegged and conditioned for another 2 weeks before serving.
