2.00 oz Simcoe [11.00 %] (First Wort Hop) Hops 48.7 IBU
0.25 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min) Misc
3 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale
Mash at 155f for 60 minutes. Primary for 2 weeks at under 70f, secondary for 2 weeks.
***UPDATE*** CELLAR A FEW OF THESE....it gets MUCH better with age. After 6 months in the cellar, it is one of the tastiest stouts i have ever had...
