Sweet Corn Lager 1lb. Crystal 40L 3.3lb light malt extract 3lb. 2-row pale malt 1lb. dark extract .5 dextrine 1lb corn flake 6 ears corn 1oz. hallertua .5 oz. us kent .25 oz. cascade San Fran yeast
1. Begin by boiling corn for 10 minutes until cooked 2. Make tea with 4 large tea bags, let sit for 5 minutes 3. Mash for 60 minutes at 150 degrees 4. Begin boiling adding extracts and hallertua hops 5. At 30 minutes in add corn and us kent hops 6. At 15 minutes left add irish moss and .25 of cascade hops 7. Turn boil of let sit for ten minutes before adding to cold water
