1 trout, whole
2 green onions
4 sticks lemongrass
750 ml (or 2 - 12oz) Blanche de Chambly
Pour beer into deep fish-baking dish. Chop green onions and lemongrass into beer. Add trout and marinade for three hours, flipping trout halfway through. Bake trout in marinade for 20-30 minutes (depending on size of trout) @ 375F. Serve.
