Luis sent me a package in May that was full of great beers. The only issue was that the reason for this trade, for me, had been the promise of a Southampton Cuvee Des Fleurs, which was absent. While Luis has suggested several times that this in on its way, I have very little faith after six months; I will happily update this rating if/when it arrives.

Luiss sent me the agreed upon Cuvee de Castleton and a BA Old Salty. Both were packed very well. Turnaround time was an issue, and communication could have been a little better, but Luiss is still a solid trader.

This trade was supposed to be for just a bottle of BA Old Salty, but Luis went overboard and hooked me up with not only that, but also Avery Samael’s ’06, Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout ’06-07, GI Bourbon County Stout ’06, HotD Doggie Claws ’05, Nimbus Red Ale, and Westvleteren Abt 12! Crazy! Insane! I don’t know what else to say except THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This trade was SUPPOSED to be a one-for-one bottle trade. And Luis was a hair over in the shipping, but holy crap, did he make up for it! He sent the agreed upon BA Old Salty, with bonuses of: Stone 050505, ’05 Old Woody, ’06 Avery Samael’s, Bell’s Third Coast and Dave’s Electric Beer. Damn, man. I hope my "one bottle" is received as well. Thanks again, Luis!

Luis sent this old swab jockey a Heavyweight BA Old Salty (YEEAAH!). However, he threw in some fantastic extras. A HW Two Druids, a 2002 New Glarus Belgium Red (WOW!), and a Bièropholie S. All beers arrived safely and well packed. I owe ya a couple beers my friend. Thanks man.

Luiss blew me out of the water on this one by sending me way more beer than I sent his way (he will be repaid in kind...). I got the following: Old Herb, Middle Ages Dragon Slayer, Perkunos Imperial Porter, and Smuttynose Porter! What a freakin hookup. Best part was that I had no idea I was getting any of those great beers--he really suprised me. Great trader, very generous, and we will

Luiss was going through a move and a job change, so turnaround was slow and email was spotty. We also had some trouble nailing the roster of beers to ship. But he came through in the end. Boatload of Southamptons, Smuttys, Catamount, Lunacy, Biologique, dozens of others, and best of all, a De Dolle Special Export. Woot! Thanks, Luiss.

Luis sent Southampton 10th, Grand Cru, Poperings hommel, and a mystery draft in a nice Half Time sealable glass bottle that I plan to rate blind and then see how close I get to its identity. Nice box that I will definitely reuse also. Thanks, man!
