REALLY enjoy drinking funky saisons, gueuze, etc... so I’m always ISO pretty much any Cantillon // Drie Fonteinen // Hill Farmstead // Sante Adairius... More and more, drinkability is becoming the factor I look for most in a beer, so in general, if you’ve got some local or under-the-radar highly drinkable gem then I’d love to try it, even if its not a saison/sour/etc...
