about me
"Favorite Beer Style" is a bad question, because all the best beers I’ve had were from pretty different styles – had to look up Ommegeddon before saying Wild Ale, but aside from whatever’s the awesomest, generally my favorite things are funky saisons and pales. Theoretically, my dream beer is something like a well-hopped, funky, brett’d saison. Any suggestions, let me know. And, I’m a big supporter of East Coast (D)IPAs.
Maybe more than anything, though, one thing I truly respect in the beer world is a good session beer, like Festina Pêche or 422.
