about me
Love all types of beer - indeed variety makes beer so interesting. IPAs are easy-drinking session ales, Trappists are excellent for the occasional indulgence, stouts and porters are a great everyday beer for depth of flavour. Lager/pilsner can be good in Summer, but generally an inferior beer. Overall Abbey & Trappist is my favourite style. But I believe firmly in expanding my beer knowledge and trying new things. This doesn’t apply to real life, I am very conservative, but in the world of beer I believe in ever extending my horizons - similar to my approach to reading or music.
