COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Northwest American-Style IPA. The color comes through as a deep gold with orange hues. Fruity and citrusy hop aroma shines, with hints of pine resin. The four hop flavor dominates, re-enforcing the aroma with more citrus, fruity and piney notes. The malt character is clean and smooth with a unique toasted flavor (thanks to the generous helping of Victory malt), all held together by a firm bitterness. Apocalypse has a medium-bodied mouth feel, finishing crisp and dry. All of this results in a very drinkable IPA.

Hops: Horizon, Centennial, Amarillo, Cascade
Malt: 2-row Pale, Victory, Crystal

Bottle. Pours an orangish amber with a decent head. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste of the same with some p9ine and citrus coming in as well. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and very tasty.

Prototypical West Coast ipa. Drinks well, medium bitter, very long bitter ending. Could be more fruity but I do enjoy it. (33cl bottle at a BBQ party in Berkeley)

Pours clear and golden with thick lacey white head. Aroma is subtle for an IPA somewhat floral with a subtle hint of alcohol. Light and crisp on the palate with distinctly bitter finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
